Our last stated meeting was well attended again. I hope that any of you who have had trouble in attending will make every effort to attend a meeting before the end of the year.

Please make sure to check the upcoming events calendar on the front of the Trestleboard; there are a number of special events coming up, and we’d love to see you at Lodge.

Brethren, this year we have both the 2012 Lodge Roster and a newly created Lodge History booklet. Extra copies are available at the Lodge.

In putting together our Roster, I noted that some pertinent information such as names of significant others, birthdates, current phone numbers, anniversary dates, e-mail addresses, etc. were missing. Please help us keep everything up to date by sending me your current contact information.

During the remainder of the year., we will be looking for ideas how we can better serve our brothers. So if you have a suggestion please send it to us.

Finally, the Lodge like all Fraternal Organizations lives on its membership and their active support of its activities and special events. Our Lodge is no different, we thrive when our members contribute through their attendance, knowledge and dues.

If you have any problems with continuing to pay your dues because of hardship, please contact me. We may be able to work something out for the benefit of you and the Lodge.

I wish to thank everyone who attended our last stated meeting. Its was really exciting to attend lodge last month because of all the energy that was in the Hall and in the Lodge Room. I hope that we will have many more people attending this coming month.

The Lodge History booklet is entitled
“Coastside Lodge No. 762 Historical Legacy”. In assisting Brother Roque put this booklet together it became apparent that there are lots of holes in catalog of Lodge major events Therefore, when you review our first issue please feel free to make comments and submit information. What are sure we need are photos of past Lodge members and events, so if you have any you’d like to share please contact me.

Secretary’s Message

Greetings my Brother!

2012 Lodge dues are now pass due. If you have not sent in your dues as yet, please do so as soon as you can. If we do not receive your dues by as of March 12th then we will submit a request for suspension of membership to the Grand Lodge and your membership will be suspended.

If there is a mitigating situation that the Lodge may be able to help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. All suspension of memberships will be reviewed by the Master and the pillars of the Lodge. Its our hope to have all our Lodge brothers remain intact.

Our membership retention committee will be calling you as a follow up.
